Romero Pools is located in the Catalina State Park.  The terrain changes with the seasons as do the vistas and immediate flora.  Today's winter hike provided trails that had been washed clean by earlier rains, the once lush plant life sitting quietly awaiting the spring, and the crisp clear skies appropriate for a fabulous sunrise.  The pools were actually full probably from the soft blanket of snow we were blessed with earlier in the week.  In all, it was a fabulous way to spend the morning, and of course, end with a stop at STARBUCKS.
